Advertise your vacancies through myFuture Napier Now you have registered on myFuture you can advertise your graduate level vacancies, internships/placements, volunteering and casual/part time posts to Edinburgh Napier graduates and students. Click here to add a new opportunity.  FREE
Social Media We run an Edinburgh Napier University Careers Facebook page where we can post information about your graduate programmes, internships and volunteering opportunities to share with our students. Please submit details using one of the document types JPG,PNG,GIF or TIFF, compatible for social media posts or a website link, if you have one for applications.


My Future Festival Events My Future Festival is aimed at promoting maximum contact between organisations, employers and Edinburgh Napier students. Each fair is targeted to attract those within a particular academic discipline in order to allow employers to meet with relevant students from the University. These events run in our Autumn Trimester from September-December. £150 + VAT (costs may vary depending on stand size)
Networking Events and Career Cafes We run a number of networking events and information sessions throughout the academic year. These events give our students the chance to build their confidence through professional networking and encourages employers to share information about their career paths and advise on how to get into work within their industry. FREE
Plasma Screens We provide a digital service to enable employers to raise their company profile on campus, by advertising their upcoming events and vacancies on plasma screens, which are strategically placed in high traffic areas throughout the university. £25 + VAT per week
Employer Stand in foyer We can provide your organisation with the opportunity to talk to our students via a stand in our campus foyer. We invite employers to set up a stand in a busy area of one of our campuses so that students can drop by between their lectures. £60 + VAT
Employer Presentation Raise company profile and highlight the opportunities available within your organisation to our students. These presentations can be targeted to attract students in relevant academic disciplines and we will help you find the right audience, date and time for your presentation. £60 + VAT

Employer Drop in sessions We encourage you, as employers, to come onto campus to raise your company profile whilst also giving students the chance to chat face-to-face individually and hear first-hand from employers the practical skills they need to display when applying for work. FREE
Employer Skills Workshop Employer-led workshops give you the opportunity to raise your profile on campus whilst also giving students the chance to hear first-hand from employers the practical skills they need to display when applying for work. Previous workshops have included ‘Interview Hints and Tips’ and ‘Everything You Need to Know’. FREE

Mock or Live Interview sessions

We encourage employers to conduct mock or live interviews on site. The mock interview resembles a real interview as closely as possible, and provides experience and improved self-presentation for the candidate. Live interview sessions can also be arranged to enable employers to recruit on campus.


Employer Mentoring We run an award-winning Employer Mentoring Programme where a professional gives their time to share their experience of work with a student mentee.
